Stapici lososa sa grilovanim povrcem (Grilled salmon sticks with grilled vegetables)

Sastojci: 500g lososa (fileti), 60g brasna, 1 jaje, 60g prezli, 5 komada crvenog krompira, 1+2 kasike maslinovog ulja, 2 korena paskanata ili persuna, 4 sargarepe, 1/2 kasicice suvog persuna, 1/2 kasicice suvog celera. 

Priprema:
1) Krompir, paskanat ili persun oljustiti i iseci na stapice.
2) U pleh na papir za pecenje poredjati krompir i poprskati kaskom maslinovog ulja. 
3) U ciniji pomesati paskanat ili persun, sargerepu, 2 kasike maslinovog ulja i suvi persun i celer. Promesati dobro. Staviti na papir za pecenje, zajedno sa krompirom. Krompir peci u prethodno zagrejanoj rerni na 180 C oko 30 do 40 minuta. Sargarepu i paskanat ili persun peci oko 20 do 30 minuta. 
4) Ocistiti losos od kozice i kostiju. Uvaljati svako parce u brasno, pa u jaja pa u prezle. Dodati na u pleh i peci oko 20 minuta.

Predlog: mozete napraviti Losos i asparagus.

Ingredients: 500g salmon (fillets), 60g flour, 1 egg, 60g breadcrumbs, 5 pieces of red potatoes, 1+2 tablespoons of olive oil, 2 roots of parsnip or parsley, 4 carrots, 1/2 tablespoons of dried parsley, 1/2 tablespoons of dried celery.

Preparation:
1) Peel the potatoes, parsnips or parsley and cut into sticks.
2) Put the potatoes on a baking sheet and drizzle with a tbsp of olive oil.
3) In a bowl, mix parsnip or parsley, carrots, 2 tablespoons of olive oil and dried parsley and celery. Stir well. Place on baking paper with potatoes. Bake the potatoes in a preheated oven at 180 C for about 30 to 40 minutes. Bake the carrots and parsnip or parsley for about 20 to 30 minutes.
4) Clean the salmon from skin and bone salmon. Roll each piece into flour, then into eggs and into breadcrumbs. Add to the baking pan and bake for about 20 minutes.

Suggestion: you can make Losos and asparagus.
