🇹🇷 Turska kafa sa kakaom i cimetom
Sastojci: 1 kašičica turske kafe (oko 6 g), 1 šoljica vode (oko 80 ml), ½ kašičice kakaa u prahu (organski, nezaslađenog, nije onaj za kolače), ¼ kašičice mlevenog cimeta, šećer po ukusu (ako koristite).
Priprema:
1. U džezvu stavi vodu, šećer, kakao i cimet.
2. Kada se zagreje (pre nego što proključa), dodaj kafu.
3. Mešaj kratko, pa pusti da se stvori pena.
4. Skloni sa sporeta.
5. Pusti da se slegne.
6. Sipaj u šolju.
🇮🇹 Espreso sa kakaom i cimetom
Sastojci: 1 espresso (30 ml), ½ kašičice kakaa u prahu (organski, nezaslađenog, nije onaj za kolače), prstohvat cimeta.
Priprema
1. Napravi espreso.
2. Dodaj kakao i cimet, promešaj.
3. Po želji dodaj malo mleka ili mlečne pene.
🇮🇹 Mlečna kafa (late - kapucino) sa kakaom i cimetom
Sastojci: 1 espresso (30 ml), 200 ml mleka, ½ kašičice kakaa u prahu (organski, nezaslađenog, nije onaj za kolače), ¼ kašičice cimeta, šećer po ukusu (ako koristite).
Priprema:
1. Napraviti espreso.
2. U mleko dodaj kakao i cimet i zagrej (može i da se peni).
3. Sipaj mleko preko espresa.
🇺🇲 Filter kafa (en. drip coffee) sa kakaom i cimetom
Sastojci: 1 filter kafa (oko 200 ml), ½ kašičice kakaa u prahu (organski, nezaslađenog, nije onaj za kolače), ¼ kašičice cimeta.
Priprema:
1. U šolju sipaj filter kafu.
2. Dodaj kakao i cimet, promešaj dok se ne rastvore.
🇹🇷 Turkish coffee with cocoa and cinnamon
Ingredients: 1 teaspoon of Turkish coffee (about 6 g), 1 cup of water (about 80 ml), ½ teaspoon of cocoa powder (organic, unsweetened, not the one for cakes), ¼ teaspoon of ground cinnamon, sugar to taste (if using).
Preparation:
1. Put water, sugar, cocoa and cinnamon in a cezve (metal coffee pot).
2. When it heats up (before it boils), add the coffee.
3. Mix briefly, then let foam form.
4. Remove from the stove.
5. Let it settle (the coffee ground will drop to the bottom).
6. Pour into a cup.
🇮🇹 Espresso with cocoa and cinnamon
Ingredients: 1 espresso (30 ml), ½ teaspoon of cocoa powder (organic, unsweetened, not for cakes), a pinch of cinnamon.
Preparation
1. Make an espresso.
2. Add cocoa and cinnamon, stir.
3. If desired, add a little milk or milk foam.

Ingredients: 1 espresso (30 ml), 200 ml of milk, ½ teaspoon of cocoa powder (organic, unsweetened, not the one for cakes), ¼ teaspoon of cinnamon, sugar to taste (if using).
Preparation:
1. Make an espresso.
2. Add cocoa and cinnamon to the milk and heat (it may foam).
3. Pour the milk over the espresso.

Ingredients: 1 filter coffee (about 200 ml), ½ teaspoon of cocoa powder (organic, unsweetened, not the one for cakes), ¼ teaspoon of cinnamon.

2. Add cocoa and cinnamon, stir until they dissolve.
