Sastojci: sos od jogurta, 500g spanaca (svez ili smrznut), 2 kasike margarina, 2 cena belog luka ili 1 glavica crnog luka (sitno iseckanog), 150ml vode, so, biber (mleveni)
Priprema:
1) Ako koristite svez spanac - spanac oprati i ocistiti. Staviti da se kuva u posoljenoj vodi. Ocediti i sitno iseckati.
2) Crni luk ili beli luk proprziti u tiganju, dodati margarin i spanac i jos malo prziti.
3) Ako koristite zamrznuti spanac. Odmrznuti. Ponoviti korak 2.
4) Spanac staviti u tanjir i preliti sosom od jogurta.
Ingredients: buttermilk sauce, 500g spinach (fresh or frozen), 2 tablespoons margarine, 2 cloves of garlic or 1 onion (finely chopped), 150 ml of water, salt, pepper (ground)
Preparation:
1) If you use fresh spinach - wash and clean spinach. Let it cook in salted water. Drain and finely chop.
2) Onions or garlic fry shortly in pan, add butter and spinach, and a fry bit more.
3) If you use frozen spinach - thaw spinach. Repeat step 2.
4) Put spinach in a plate and pour with buttermilk sauce.
