Sastojci: 400ml jogurta, 100ml mleka, 250g margarina (sobne temperature), 600-700g brasna, 8g sode bikarbone, 2 jaja, so.
Priprema:
1) Pomesati brasno, sodu bikarbonu i so. Jaja umutiti visljuskom.
2) Brasnu dodati margarin i rukom pomesati sa brasnom.
3) Dodati jogurt i mleko i mesati dok ne dobijete glatko testo.
4) Oklagojim razviti testo na debljinu oko 1.5cm i modlom ili casom vaditi pogacice.
5) Pleh namazati sa malo margarina, poredjati pogacice, premazati umucenim jajima. Mozete posuti sa solju odozgo.
6) Peci u zagrejanoj rerni na 200 C dok ne porumene.
Predlog: mozete napraviti pogacice sa prsutom.

Preparation:
1) Mix flour, baking soda and salt. Whisk the eggs with a fork.
2) Add margarine to the flour and mix with the flour by hand.
3) Add buttermilk and milk and mix until you get a smooth dough.
4) Roll out the dough to a thickness of about 1.5 cm and take out the bannocks with a mold or a glass.
5) Spread a little margarine on the baking tray, arrange the bannocks, coat with eggs. You can sprinkle with salt on top.
6) Bake in a preheated oven at 200 C until golden brown.
Suggestion: you can make muffins with proscuitto.
