Sastojci: 200 g kristal šećera, 65 ml vode, 85 g putera (neslanog, isečenog na komade), 120 ml guste pavlake, 1 kašičica ekstrakta vanile, prstohvat soli.
Priprema:
1. Dodajte šećer i vodu u šerpu. Promešati malo. Kuvajte na srednjoj vatri (4) dok se šećer ne rastvori, postane bistar i počne da se pojave mehurici, oko 3-4 minuta.
Sada, nemojte ponovo mešati, povremeno zavrtite šerpu i kasikom spustite secer koji se uhvatio na stranice serpe, po potrebi, da sprečite kristalizaciju.
Kuvajte dok se smesa ne zgusne i ne dobije tamnu boju ćilibara poput meda, oko 8-12 minuta.
2. Pažljivo dodajte puter i umutite dok se potpuno ne istopi.
3. Sklonite šerpu sa šporeta i polako sipajte slatku pavlaku, neprestano mutite dok se sve ne sjedini.
4. Dodati vanila ekstrakt i so.
5. Ostavite da se hladi u serpi 10 minuta.
6. Sipati u staklenu teglu sa poklopcem i ostaviti da se potpuno ohladi.
Zgusnuce se kako se hladi.

Now, do not stir again, allow it to bubble, swirl the saucepan occasionally and brush down the sides of the pan, as needed, to prevent crystallization.
Cook until the mixture thickens and turns a deep amber color like honey, about 8-12 minutes.
2. Carefully add the butter and whisk until completely melted.
3. Remove the saucepan from the stove and slowly pour in the heavy cream, whisking continuously until all of the cream has been incorporated.
4. Whisk in the vanilla and salt.
5. Set aside to cool in the pan for 10 minutes.
6. Pour into a glass jar with a lid and allow to cool completely.
It will thicken as it cools.
