Sastojci: 30g kakaoa u prahu, 40g secera, 40ml slatke pavlake, 200ml crne kafe, 200ml slatke pavlake + 1 kasicica secera, prstohvat himalajske soli.
Priprema:
1) Umutiti slatku pavlaku sa secerom.
2) U dve solje staviti po 15g kakaoa i 20g secera i promesati.
3) Dodati po 20 ml slatke pavlake i promesati da se sjedine.
4) Dodati po 100ml kafe i mesati da se dobro sjedini.
5) Odozgo dodati po 100ml umucene slatke pavlake.
6) Odozgo dodati par zrna himalajske soli.
Ingredients: 30g cocoa powder, 40g sugar, 40ml heavy cream, 200ml black coffee, 200ml heavy cream + 1 teaspoon sugar, a pinch of Himalayan salt.
Preparation:
1) Whisk the heavy cream with the sugar.
2) Put 15g of cocoa and 20g of sugar in two cups and stir.
3) Add 20 ml of heavy cream to each cup and stir to combine.
4) Add 100ml of coffee to each cup and mix to combine well.
5) Add 100ml of whipped heavy cream to each cup on top.
6) Add a couple of grains of himalayan salt to each cup on top.
