Sastojci: 300g makarona, 6 kobasica, 1 crni luk, 100g tvrdog sira (narendanog), 2 kasike semena komoraca, 120ml belog vina, 90ml maslinovog ulja, so i biber.
Priprema:
1) Staviti vodu da prokljuca. Posoliti. Dodati makarone.
2) Crni luk oljustiti i sitno iseckati. Kobasice oljustiti i iseci na kolutove.
3) Na ulju proprziti luk, dodati kobasice i prziti dok ne porumene. Dodati seme komoraca i promesati. Sipati vino, promesati i pustiti da ispari. Dodati sir. Promesati, ostaviti minut i skloniti sa sporeta.
4) Ocediti makarone i preko staviti kobasice.
Ingredients: 300g macaroni, 6 sausages, 1 onion, 100g of hard cheese (grated), 2 tablespoons fennel seeds, 120ml white wine, 90ml of olive oil, salt and pepper.
Preparation:
1) Put the water to boil. Season with salt. Add macaroni.
2) Onion peel and finely chop. Sausages peel and cut into slices ..
3) In the oil fry the onion, add the sausages and fry until golden brown. Add fennel seeds and mix well. Pour the wine, stir and allow to evaporate. Add cheese. Mix, leave one minute and remove from the stove.
4) Drain the macaroni and put sausage over.
