Sastojci: 6 paprika babura, 250g mlevenog mesa, 80g pirinca, 1 krompir, sargarepa, 2 cena belog luka, himalajska so, ulje.
Priprema:
1) Papriku oprati i ocistiti od semenki. Pirinac isprati u nekoliko voda i ocediti. Krompir oprati, oljustiti i iseci na krugove. Sargarepu oprati, oljustiti i iseci na kocke. Beli luk oljustiti i sitno iseckati.
2) U tiganju na malo ulja proprziti sargarepu, nekoliko minuta. Dodati beli luk i proprziti nekoliko minuta. dok ne pusti miris. Dodati mleveno meso i prziti desetak minuta na srednje niskoj temperaturi (4). Dodati so ili vegetu po ukusu.
Napomena 1: mozete skuvati pirinac pa dodati przenom mlevenom mesu.
3) Dodati pirinac i naliti vodom. Povremeno dolivati mlaku vodu ili supu bez rezanaca.
Napomena 2: zavisno koji pirinac koristite toliko kuvate pirinac. Ako imate beli pirinac kuvati 15-20 minuta. Ako imate braon pirinac kuvati 35-45 minuta.
4) Ostaviti da se malo prohladi fil.
5) Puniti paprike filom i zatvarati jednim krugom krompira.
6) Poredjati u serpu. Naliti vodom ili supom bez rezanaca, da prekrije paprike i kuvati oko 1 sat.
Napomena 3: ako vam se ne zuri mozete kuvati na srednje niskoj temperaturi oko 1 sat i 30 minuta.
Ja nisam mogla da cekam da se braon pirinac kuva 45 minuta, pa sam stavila kuskus.

Preparation:
1) Wash the peppers and clean them of seeds. Rinse the rice in a few waters and drain. Wash the potatoes, peel them and cut them into circles. Wash the carrot, peel it and cut it into cubes. Peel a garlic cloves and finely chop it.
2) In a frying pan, fry the carrots in a little oil for a few minutes. Add garlic and fry for a few minutes. until it releases the scent. Add minced meat and fry for ten minutes on medium low heat (4). Add with or vegeta to taste.
Note 1: you can cook rice and add it to fried minced meat.
3) Add rice and pour water. Occasionally add lukewarm water or broth.
Note 2: depending on which rice you use, you cook so much rice. If you have white rice cook for 15-20 minutes. If you have brown rice cook for 35-45 minutes.
4) Allow the filling to cool slightly.
5) Fill the peppers with the filling and close with one circle of potatoes.
6) Arrange in a pot. Ptoour water or broth, cover the peppers and cook for about 45 minutes.
Note 3: if you are not in a hurry, you can cook at a medium low temperature for about 1 hour and 30 minutes.
I couldn't wait for the brown rice to cook for 45 minutes, so I put in couscous.
