Banana torta s keksom (Banana cake with plain biscuits)

Potrebno: 150g keksa (u komadu, plazma, petit ber, zlatni pek, bevita), 150g keksa (mlevenog), 160g vanila pudinga u prahu, 150g secera, 1 L mleka

250ml slatke biljne pavlake, 4 banane (oljustene, iseckane na kolutove), slag ili slatka pavlaka za ukrašavanje.

Priprema:

1. Na dno kalupa prečnika 26cm, poslagati 150g keks u komadu.

2. Puding pomešati sa polovinom šećera i 300ml mleka i mesati dok se ne razbiju sve grudvice.
3. Ostatak šećera staviti u šerpu, na srednju temperaturu, da se karamelizuje. Voditi računa da ne zagori.

4. Kada je karamelizovano, dodati preostali šećer i 700ml mleka.

5. Mešati šećer i mleko dok se skroz ne otopi, a zatim dodati puding i skuvati. Kuvati 4 do 5 minuta povremeno mesajuci.

6. Presuti puding u drugu posudu i umutiti mikserom, nižom brzinom. Prekriti streč folijom i ostaviti da se skroz ohladi.

7. Umutiti slatku pavlaku, ali ne skroz već samo da se formira, pa dodavati u ohlađeni puding uz stalno mućenje.

8. Dodati 150g mlevenog keksa i sjediniti.

9. Na keks (na dno kalupa) dodati pola fila, poređati banane, onda prekriti sa drugom polovinom fila.

10. Ukrasiti umucenim slagom ili slatkom pavlakom.

Ingredients: 150g of plain biscuits (in pieces), 150g of plain biscuits (ground), 160g vanilla puddings powder, 150g of sugar, 1 L of milk 250ml of heavy cream, 4 bananas (peeled, cut into rings), whipped cream or heavy cream for decoration.

Preparation:

1. Place 150g of plain biscuits in a piece on the bottom of a pan with a diameter of 26cm.

2. Mix the pudding with half of the sugar and 300ml of milk and stit until all the lumps are broken.

3. Put the rest of the sugar in a saucepan, on medium heat, to caramelise. Take care that it does not burn.

4. When it is caramelised, add the remaining sugar and 700ml of milk.

5. Mix sugar and milk until completely dissolved, then add pudding and cook. Cook for 4 to 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.

6. Pour the pudding into another container and beat with a mixer, at a lower speed. Cover with the stretch foil and let it cool completely.

7. Whip the heavy cream, but not all the way, but just to form it, then add it to the cooled pudding while constantly whisking.

8. Add 150g of ground plain biscuits and combine.

9. Add half the filling to the plain biscuits (on the bottom of the pan), arrange the bananas, then cover with the other half of the filling. 10. Decorate with whipped cream or whipped heavy cream.
