Priprema:
1. Pilece meso na malo ulja isprziti sa obe strane na srednjoj temperaturi (4), nekoliko minuta. Dodati malo vode, polu-poklopiti i krckati. Staviti na papirne ubruse da se ocedi od ulja.
2. U tiganj u kome se przilo meso, dodati susam, semenke suncokreta ili bundeve, so i bosiljak. Prziti nekoliko minuta mesajuci.
3. Dodati kiselu pavlaku i kuvati 4 do 7 minuta, zavisno koliko gusto volite.
4. Sos preliti preko mesa i posluziti uz pirinac, krompir, krompir pire i neko povrce.
Ingredients: 500g of chicken filets, 4 tablespoons of sour cream (20% mm), 2 tablespoons of mustard, 2 tablespoons of sesame seeds, 2 tablespoons of sunflower or pumpkin seeds, salt and basil.
Preparation:
1. Fry the chicken meat in a little oil on both sides at a medium temperature (4), for a few minutes. Add a little water, half-cover and simmer-fry. Place on paper towels to drain the oil.
2. Add sesame, sunflower or pumpkin seeds, salt and basil to the pan in which the meat was fried. Fry for a few minutes, stirring.
3. Add sour cream and cook for 4 to 7 minutes, depending on how thick you like it.
