Sastojci (oko 115 g sosa): 70 g biljnog majoneza bez soje, 20 g kečapa, 20 g sitno seckanih kiselih krastavcica, 5 ml soka od limuna ili sirćeta, prstohvat soli, prstohvat mlevene paprike (slatke).
Priprema:
1. Sve sastojke dobro izmešati dok se ne ujednače.
2. Ostaviti 15-20 minuta u frižideru da se ukusi povežu.
Saveti:

Upotreba burger sosa:

Maže se direktno na donju i gornju polovinu zemičke. Odlično se slaže sa:
- veganskim i vegetarijanskim pljeskavicama
Sos daje sočnost, blagu kiselinu i zaokružuje ukus mesa ili biljne pljeskavice.
Koristi se kao zamena za majonez ili kečap za:
- rolnice i tortilje
- panini i baget sendviče
Posebno je dobar uz pečeno meso, piletinu, sir i povrće.
3. Pomfrit i krompir
Služi se kao sos za umakanje uz:
- pomfrit
- cetvrtine krompira
- pečeni krompir
4. Hot-dog i kobasice
Može se koristiti umesto senfa ili kečapa, ili u kombinaciji s njima.
5. Salate i hladna jela
U manjoj količini može da se koristi kao:
- brzi preliv za kupus salatu
- dodatak krompir salati
- sos za hladna predjela

- It lasts 2-3 days in a closed container in the fridge.
Use of burger sauce:
1. Burgers
It is smeared directly on the lower and upper half of the bun. Goes great with:
- vegan and vegetarian burgers
The sauce adds juiciness, mild acidity and rounds out the taste of meat or plant-based burgers.
2. Sandwiches and tortillas
Used as a substitute for mayonnaise or ketchup for:
- rolls and tortillas
- panini and baguette sandwiches
It is especially good with grilled meat, chicken, cheese and vegetables.
3. French fries and potatoes
Served as a dipping sauce with:
- french fries
- potato quarters
- baked potatoes
- roasted potatoes in the oven
4. Hot dogs and sausages
Can be used instead of mustard or ketchup, or in combination with them.
5. Salads and cold dishes
In smaller quantities, it can be used as:
- quick dressing for cabbage salad
- addition to potato salad
- sauce for cold appetizers
