Sastojci: 340g krem sira (neslanog), 60g secera u prahu, 80ml slatke pavlake, rendana kora jednog limuna.
Priprema:
1. Mikserom umutiti krem sir sa korom od limuna dok ne postane penasto.
2. Mikserom umutiti slatku pavlaku.
3. Dodati umucenu slatku pavlaku kasiku po kasiku i pazljivo mesati nakon svakog dodavanja.
4. Ostaviti u frizider 2h pre upotrebe.
Ingredients: 340g of cream cheese (unsalted), 60g of powdered sugar, 80ml of heavy cream, grated rind of one lemon.
Preparation:
1. Beat cream cheese with lemon peel with a mixer until it becomes foamy.
2. Beat the heavy cream with a mixer until stiff peaks.
3. Add the whipped heavy cream one spoon at a time and stir carefully after each addition.
4. Leave in the refrigerator for 2 hours before use.
