Sastojci: 220g maskarpone sira, 40g secera, 250ml slatke pavlake, 1 kasicica vanila ekstrakta.
Priprema:
1. Mikserom umutiti maskarpone sir, secer, vanila ekstrakt i slatku pavlaku.
2. Ostaviti u frizider 2h pre upotrebe.
Ingredients: 220g of mascarpone cheese, 40g of sugar, 250ml of heavy cream, 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract.
Preparation:
1. Beat mascarpone cheese, sugar, vanilla extract and heavy cream with a mixer until stiff peaks.
2. Leave in the refrigerator for 2 hours before use.
