Juneca supa (Beef soup)

Sastojci: 300 g junece meso rozbratna, 2 šargarepe, ½ korena paskanata, ½ korena peršuna, ½ glavice crnog luka, 1 čen belog luka, ½ kasicice vegete ili ½ kocke za supu, 2 kasike peršunovog lista, 1.5 L vode (ili po potrebi).

Priprema:

0. Junecu rozbratnu iseci na tanke snicle ili tako kupiti. 

1. U serpu staviti junece meso i naliti vodu, pa dodati vegetu. Staviti da provri pa smanjiti na srednju temperaturu (4) I ostaviti da krčka 1 sat.

2. Očistiti šargarepu, peršun i paškanat, crni luk i beli luk. Sve osim belog luka iseci na sitnije komade.

3. Dodati u serpu korena persuna i koren paskanata.

4. Crni luk prepeci u tiganju bez ulja, nekoliko minuta mesajuci.

5. Dodati u serpu crni luk i ceo cen belog luka. Kuvati jos 50 minuta.

6. Dodati šargarepu i kuvati jos 10 minuta.

6b. Pet minuta pred kraj dodati list persuna*.

7. Ako zelite da dodate rezance, procediti supu pa onda dodati testeninu i kuvati jos par minuta.

*Ako Dodajte rezance tad dodajte i list persuna.


Ingredients: 300 g baby beef entrecote, 2 carrots, ½ parsnip root, ½ parsley root, ½ head of onion, 1 clove of garlic, ½ teaspoon of vegetable stock powder - vegeta or ½ vegetable soup cube, 2 tablespoons of parsley leaves, 1.5 L water (or as needed).

Preparation:

0. Cut the beef into thin steaks or buy it that way.

1. Put the beef sirloin in a pot and pour water, then add the vegetable stock or vegetable soup cube. Bring to a boil and reduce to medium heat (4) and cook for 1 hour.

2. Peel the carrots, parsley and parsnip, onion and garlic. Cut everything except the garlic into smaller pieces.

3. Add the parsley root and parsnip root to the pot.

4. Fry the onion in a pan without oil, for a few minutes stirring.

5. Add the onion and the whole clove of garlic to the pot. Cook for another 50 minutes.

6. Add the carrots and cook for another 10 minutes.

6b. Five minutes before the end, add the parsley leaves*.

7. If you want to add noodles, strain the soup and then add the noodles and cook for a few more minutes.

*If you add noodles, then add the parsley leaves.
