Palacinke od heljde osnovni recept (Buckwheat pancakes basic recipe)

DASH dijeta, zdravo za srce, upravljanje težinom, niske masti, zdravi-ugljeni hidrati, za dijabetičare.

Sastojci: 2 belanca, 1 kašika ulja repice, 125ml mleka bez masti, 60g običnog brašna, 65g heljdinog brašna, 1 kašika praška za pecivo, 1 kašika monk fruit šećera, 125ml gazirane vode.

Priprema:

1. U manjoj činiji umutiti belanca, ulje uljane repice i mleko.

2. U drugoj posudi pomešati brašno, prašak za pecivo i šećer.


3. Dodati smesu od belanaca i gaziranu vodu i mešati dok se malo ne navlaži.

4. Stavite nelepljivi tiganj na srednju vatru (4). Kada je vruće, stavite 1/2 šolje testa za palačinke u tiganj. Pržite dok gornja površina palačinke ne bude pokrivena mehurićima, a ivice lagano porumene, oko 2 minuta. Okrenite i przite dok dno ne porumeni i palačinka se isprži, 1 do 2 minuta jos. Ponovite sa preostalim testom za palačinke.

Ingredients: 2 egg whites, 1 tablespoon canola oil, 125ml fat-free milk, 60g plain flour, 65g buckwheat flour, 1 tablespoon baking powder, 1 tablespoon monk fruit sugar, 125ml sparkling water.

Preparation:

1. In a small bowl, whisk together the egg whites, canola oil and milk.

2. In another bowl, combine the flours, baking powder and sugar.

3. Add the egg whites mixture and the sparkling water and stir until slightly moistened.

4. Place a nonstick frying pan over medium heat. When it is hot, spoon 1/2 cup pancake batter into the pan. Fry until the top surface of the pancake is covered with bubbles and the edges are lightly browned, about 2 minutes. Turn and cook until the bottom is well-browned and the pancake is fried through, 1 to 2 minutes longer. Repeat with the remaining pancake batter.
