Sastojci: 2 jaja, 250g brasna, 200g secera, 20g vanilin secera, 70g margarina ili putera, 450ml vode, prstohvat soli, 1 kasika ruma ili 1 kasicica vanila ekstrakta ili 1 kasicica cimeta u prahu.
Priprema:
1. Umutiti dobro istopljeni maslac, šećer, vanilin secer, so i jaja.
2. Postepeno dodavati naizmenicno vodu i brašno. Mešati dok se ne sjedini.
3. Dodati rum ili vanilu ili cimet i promesati.
4. Ostavite da odstoji 1 sat.
5. Od kartona napraviti kornet. Obloziti alu folijom.
6. U tiganju, na malo margarina, na srednjoj temperaturi (4) ispeci testo sa obe strane. Kad se pojave mehurici na sredini, i stranice dobiju zlatno braon boju, oko 2 minuta, okrenuti i peci jos minut - dva.
7. Gotove kore se odmah uvijaji oko kalupa, dok se ne ohlade i ne stvrdnu.
Predlog: mozete ih puniti vocem, kremovima i prelivima, slagom.
Ingredients: 2 eggs, 250g flour, 200g of sugar, 20g of vanilla sugar, 70g of margarine or butter, 450ml of water, a pinch of salt, 1 tablespoon of rum or 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract or 1 teaspoon of cinnamon powder.
Preparation:
1. Beat well melted butter, sugar, vanilla sugar, salt and eggs.
2. Gradually add water and flour alternately. Mix until combined.
3. Add rum or vanilla or cinnamon and stir.
4. Let it stand for 1 hour.
5. Make a cone out of cardboard. Cover with aluminium foil.
6. Fry the dough on both sides in a frying pan with a little margarine at medium temperature (4). When bubbles appear in the middle, and the sides turn golden brown, about 2 minutes, turn and bake for another minute or two.
7. The finished crusts immediately twist around the mould, until they cool down and harden.
Suggestion: you can fill them with fruit, creams and toppings, jam.
