Pasteta od sardina i praziluka (Sardine and leek pâté)

Sastojci: 1 konzerva sardina, 2 kasike praziluka (sitno seckanog), sok of pola limuna, senf po ukusu, so, biber.

Priprema:

1. Izgnječite viljuškom sardine. 

2. Praziluk isecite po sredini, oprati. Isecite tanke polukrugove, posolite, pobiberite i izgnječite malo rukom.

 

3. Pomesati praziluk I ribu 

4. Dodajte senf I promesajte.


Ingredients: 1 can of sardines, 2 tablespoons of leeks (finely chopped), juice of half a lemon, mustard to taste, salt, pepper.

Preparation:

1. Mash the sardines with a fork.

2. Cut the leek in half, wash. Cut thin semicircles, add salt, pepper and mash a little by hand.

3. Mix leek and fish

4. Add mustard and stir.
