Sastojci: 400 g brašna za hleb ili picu, plus još za posipanje, ½ kašičice soli, 200 ml vode.
Priprema:
1. Pomešajte brašno i so u velikoj činiji.
2. Dodajte vodu i mešajte viljuškom dok se testo malo ne sjedini.
3. Stavite ga na sto. Mesite 10 minuta ili dok testo ne postane glatko i ne odskoči kada prstom pritisnete u testo.
4. Pokrijte i ostavite da odstoji 30 minuta.
5. Pospite sto sa dosta brašna. Oklagijom razvaljajte testo na oko 2 mm debljine.
6. Preklopite jednu stranu testa i pospite ga brašnom. Zatim preklopite drugu stranu i pospite brašnom.
7. Narežite na tanke rezance, lagano ih otvorite i razvucite.
8. U veliki lonac staviti da provri voda. Dodajte rezance i kuvajte 2-3 minuta ili dok ne budu al dente.
9. Drain.
Koristite u stir fraj - brzo przenje i brzo mesanje povrca, supama sa rezancima ili jednostavno prelijte svojim omiljenim sosom za rezanaca
Rezanci se mogu zamrznuti u porcijama do 4 meseca.
Ingredients
400g bread or pizza flour, plus more for dusting, ½ tsp salt, 200ml water.
Preparation:
1. Mix the flour and salt in a large bowl.
2. Add the water and use a fork to mix until the dough loosely comes together.
3. Place it onto the table. Knead for 10 minutes or until the dough is smooth and bounces back when you press your finger into the dough.
4. Cover and let it rest for 30 minutes.
5. Dust table with plenty of flour. Use a rolling pin to roll out the dough to about 2 mm thick.
6. Fold one side of the dough in and sprinkle it with flour. Then fold on the other side and sprinkle it with flour.
7. Slice into thin noodles, and gently open out and stretch.
8. Bring a large pot of water to the boil. Add the noodles and cook for 2-3 minutes or until just al dente.
9. Drain.
Use in stir-fries, noodle soups or simply toss with your favourite noodle sauce.
Noodles can be frozen in portions for up to 4 months.
