Vocni kolac sa ovsenim pahuljicama i grckim jogurtom (Fruit cake with oat flakes and Greek yoghurt)

Sastojci: 2 banane (oljustene, izgnjecene), 3 jaja (blago umucena), 200 g grčkog jogurta, 30 ml agava sirupa, 150g ovsenih pahuljica, 1 kasicica cimeta, ¼ kasicice kardamona mlevenog, 5 g praška za pecivo, bobicasto voce, 100 g cokolade za kuvanje, 1 kasika kokosovog ulja.

Priprema:

1. Pomesati sve osim bobicastog voca, cokolade i kokosovog ulja.

2. U manji cetvrtasti ili okrugli pleh staviti papir za pecenje i sipati smesu.


3. Peći u prethodno zagrejanoj rerni na 180 C oko 35 min.

4. Izvaditi i istaviti da se ohladi.

5. Iseci na kocke.

6. Na pari otopiti cokoladu sa kokosovim uljem.

7. Preliti preko kolaca.

8. Odozgo ukrasiti bobicastim vocem.


Ingredients: 2 bananas (peeled, mashed), 3 eggs (lightly beaten), 200 g of Greek yogurt, 30 ml of agave syrup, 150 g of oat flakes, 1 teaspoon cinnamon, ¼ teaspoon cardamom (grounded), 5 g of baking powder, berries, 100 g of cooking black chocolate, 1 tablespoon of coconut oil.


Preparation:

1. Mix everything except the berries, chocolate and coconut oil.

2. Put baking paper in a small square or round pan and pour the mixture.

3. Bake in a preheated oven at 180 C for about 35 min.

4. Remove and leave to cool.

5. Cut into cubes.

6. Melt the chocolate with coconut oil over steam (double boiler).

7. Pour over the cake.

8. Decorate with berries on top.
