Sastojci: 90 g korena djumbira (svezeg), 250 ml vode, secer (onoliko koliko imate soka od djumbira nakon kuvanja i stajanja, tj. kad procedite).
Priprema:
1. Koren djumbira oljustiti i iseci na kolutove.
2. U serpu staviti djumbir i vodu i kad prokljuca spustiti na srednje nisku temperaturu (3), poklopiti i kuvati 45 minuta.
3. Skloniti sa sporeta i ostaviti da stoji 20 minuta, poklopljeno.
4. Procediti kroz cediljka u teglicu. Pritisnuti kasikom djumbir.
5. Dodati secer. Zatvoriti poklopcen i promuckati, da se secer otopi.
Ingredients: 90 g of ginger root (fresh), 250 ml of water, sugar (as much ginger juice as you have after cooking and standing, i.e. when you strain).
Preparation:
1. Peel the ginger root and cut it into rings.
2. Put the ginger and water in a saucepan and when it boils, lower it to a medium-low temperature (3), cover and cook for 45 minutes.
3. Remove from the stove and let stand for 20 minutes, covered.
4. Strain through a strainer into a jar. Press the ginger with a spoon.
5. Add sugar. Close with a lid and shake to dissolve sugar.
