Italijanska supa sa ljutim kobasicama i krompirom (Italian soup with spicy sausages and potatoes - minestra di pane)

Sastojci: 500 g ljute mlevene italijanske kobasice ili mleveno meso za italijansku kobasicu, 4 kašike putera, ½ crnog luka (iseckanog na kockice), 1 kašika belog luka (mlevenog), 1,5 L pilećeg bujona, 500 ml vode, 5 žutih krompira (isečenih na komade od 2 cm), prstohvat soli, ½ kasicice crnog bibera, 250 ml pavlake za kuvanje ili neutralne pavlake, 250 g kelja (iseckan), za posluživanje slanine (kriške), parmezan (rendan).

Priprema: 

0. U velikom loncu dinstajte kobasicu 6 do 7 minuta na srednje jakoj vatri (5) dok ne porumeni. 

1. Dodajte slaninu i pržite dok ne postane hrskava. Ostavite na stranu.

2. Rupicastom kašikom prebacite kobasicu na tanjir i ostavite sa strane. 

3. U isti lonac dodajte puter i dinstajte luk na srednjoj vatri (4) dok ne postane staklast, 5 do 7 minuta sa cestim mesanjem. 

4. Dodajte beli luk i dinstajte još minut dok ne zamiriše. 

5. Dodajte pileću supu, vodu, krompir, so, biber i kuvajte dok krompir ne omekša, oko 20 minuta.

Proverite viljuškom. Ako ide lako, gotovo je.

6. Dodajte kelj, i pavlaku za kuvanje ili neutralnu pavlaku i kobasicu i kuvajte 5 minuta.

7. Poslužite sa parmezanom i slaninom.

Ingredients: 500 g ground spicy Italian sausage or ground meat for Italian sausage, 4 tablespoons butter, ½ white onion (diced), 1 tablespoon garlic (minced), 1.5 L chicken broth, 500 ml water, 5 yellow potatoes (cut into 2 cm pieces), pinch of salt, ½ teaspoon black pepper, 450 ml cooking cream or neutral cream, 250 g kale (chopped), to serve bacon (slices), parmesan cheese (grated).

Preparation: 

0. In a large pot saute sausage 6 to 7 minutes over medium high heat (5) until browned. 

1. Add bacon and fry until  crisp. Set aside.

2. Use a slotted spoon to transfer sausage to a plate and set aside. 

3. To the same pot, add butter and saute onions over medium heat (4) until translucent, 5 to 7 minutes with frequent stirring.

4. Add garlic and saute for another minute until fragrant. 

5. Add chicken broth, water, potatoes, salt, and pepper and bring to a boil. Boil until potatoes are tender, about 20 minutes.

Check with a fork. If it goes easily it is done.

6. Add kale, and  cooking cream or neutral cream and sausage. Stir to combine and cook for 5 minutes.

7. Serve with parmesan cheese and bacon.
