Sastojci: 500 g mlevenog svinjskog mesa, 2 kašike ekstra devičanskog maslinovog ulja, 1 kašika vinskog sirćeta, 2 kašičice suvog peršunovog lista, 1 kašičica šećera, 1 kašičica grubo mlevenog semena komorača, ½ kašičice soli, ½ kašičice crnog bibera, ½ kašičice crnog luka u prahu, ½ kašičice belig luka u prahu, ⅛ kašičice mlevenog muškatnog oraščića, ljuspice crvene ljute paprike po ukusu (opciono)
Priprema:
1. Pomešajte sve sastojke osim mlevene svinjetine.
2. Dodajte mlevenu svinjetinu na vrh pa rukama dobro sjedinite.
Nemojte preterano mešati.
3. Ohladite kobasicu u hermetički zatvorenoj posudi preko noći u frizideru pre upotrebe.
Ingredients: 500 g ground pork, 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil, rablespoon red wine vinegar, 2 teaspoons dried parsley leaves, 1 teaspoon sugar, 1 teaspoon coarse ground fennel seed, ½ teaspoon salt, ½ teaspoon black pepper, ½ teaspoon garlic powder, ½ teaspoon onion powder, ⅛ teaspoon ground nutmeg, red chili pepper flakes to taste (optional)
Preparation:
1. Mix all ingredients except ground pork.
2. Add round pork on top then use hands to thoroughly combine.
Do not over mix.
3. Refrigerate sausage in an airtight container overnight before using.
