Mancmelou fil (Munchmallow filling)

Sastojci: 6 belanaca, 10 kasika secera, 20 g vanilin secera, 4 kasike vode + 6 kasika šećera, 1 kasicica soka od limuna (svezeg).

Priprema:

1. Penasto umutiti belanca sa 12 kasika secera i vanilin secerom.

2. U serpicu staviti vodu i 6 kasika secera i kuvati na srednjoj temperaturi (4) dok se secer ne otopi. Zatim kuvati dok se ne zgusne.


Pazite da ne dobije smedju boju.

3. Dodati sok od limuna i promesati.

4. Postepeno dodavati sirup i umucena belanca i mutiti.

5. Smesu premazati preko pecenog i ohladjenog cokoladnog biskvit testa i peci na 150 C 10 minuta. Ostaviti da se ohladi.

Ingredients: 6 egg whites, 10 tablespoons of sugar, 20 g of vanilla sugar, 4 tablespoons of water + 6 tablespoons of sugar, 1 teaspoon of lemon juice (fresh).

Preparation:

1. Whip egg whites with 12 spoons of sugar and vanilla sugar until foamy.

2. Put water and 6 tablespoons of sugar in a saucepan and cook at medium temperature (4) until the sugar dissolves. Then cook until it thickens.

Make sure it doesn't turn brownish.

3. Add lemon juice and stir.

4. Gradually add syrup into beaten egg whites and beat.

5. Spread the mixture over the baked and cooled chocolate biscuit dough and bake at 150 C for 10 minutes. Leave to cool.
