Palacinke iz rerne (Oven baked crepes)

Sastojci: 120 g višenamenskog brašna, 2 jaja, 300 ml mleka (punomasno mleko), ½ kasicice sitne soli, 2 kašike šećera, 2 kašike putera (neslanog, otopljenog).

Priprema: 

1. Umutite jaja viljuškom.

2. Pomešajte brašno, so i šećer.

3. Dodajte mleko u brašno malo po malo, mešajući testo dok ne postane glatko.

4. Dodajte jaja i otopljeni puter i promešajte.

5. Procedite testo kroz sito (cediljku) da uklonite grudvice.

6. Zagrejte rernu na 200 C (400 F) sa tepsijom u njoj.

7. Otvorite vrata rerne, izvadite pleh i dodajte tanak sloj testa za palačinke preko celog dna tepsije.

8. Vratite pleh u rernu i pecite na istoj temperaturi samo dok ivice palačinke ne počnu da se odvajaju od pleha, oko 2 minuta, ali počnite da gledate na 1.5 minuta.

9. Izvadite pleh i pažljivo povucite palačinku sa tepsije. Prebacite na papir za pečenje da se ohladi.

10. Ponovite sa ostatkom testa za palačinke.


Ingredients: 120 g all-purpose flour, 2 eggs, 300 ml milk (whole milk), ½ tbsp fine salt, 2 tbsp granulated sugar, 2 tbsp butter (unsalted, melted).

Preparation: 

1. Beat the eggs with a fork.

2. Mix flour, salt and sugar.

3. Add the milk to the flour a little at a time, mixing the batter to a smooth mixtute. 

4. Add eggs and melted butter and mix.

5. Pass the batter through a sieve (strainer) to remove any clumps.

6. Preheat the oven to 200 C (400 F) with a baking pan in it.

7. Open the oven door, take out the pan and add a thin layer of crepe batter over the entire bottom of the baking pan.

8. Return the baking pan to the oven and bake at the same temperature just until the sides of the crepe begin to pull away from the tray, about 2 minutes, but start looking at 1 minute and a half.

9. Remove the baking pan and carefully pull the crepe off of the pan. Transfer it to baking paper to cool.

10. Repeat with the rest of the crepe batter.
