Sastojci: 200 grama grčkog jogurta, 2 jajeta, 125 ml vode, ⅓ kašičice soli, 3 kašike maslinovog ulja, 150 grama višenamenskog brašna, 100 grama feta sira (izmrvljenog), za fil - 250 g spanaća (sveze), 1 mladi luk (sitno seckan), 1 kasika mirodjije (sveža, seckana), 1 kašika peršuna (svežeg, iseckanog), 2 kašike maslinovog ulja, 150 grama feta sira (izmrvljenog), za preliv - maslinovo ulje, 2 kašike grujer sira (rendanog) ili ementalera ili fontina ili sira havarti ili cedar sira.
Priprema:
1. U činiji pomešajte jaja i grčki jogurt.
2. Dodajte vodu i maslinovo ulje i promešajte.
3. Posolite i mešajte kasiku po kašiku brašna dok se ne formira glatko testo.
4. Dodajte feta sir i ponovo promešajte.
5. Za fil - pomešati mladi luk, peršun, mirodjiju, ulje i fetu i dobro promešati.
6. Pomešati testo i fil.
7. Zagrejati rernu na 190 C.
8. Podmažite tepsiju od 28 cm (11 inča) maslinovim uljem. Dodajte testo i ravnomerno ga rasporedite.
9. Odozgo pospite rendanim sirom i pokapajte maslinovim uljem.
10. Pecite oko 1 sat i 10 minuta, dok odozgo ne dobije zlatnu boju.
Ingredients: 200 grams Greek yogurt, 2 eggs, 125 ml water, ⅓ tsp salt, 3 tablespoons olive oil, 150 grams all-purpose flour, 100 grams feta cheese (crumbled), for filling - 250 g spinach (fresh), 1 green onion (finely chopped), 1 tablespoon dill (fresh, chopped), 1 tablespoon parsley (fresh, chopped), 2 tablespoons olive oil, 150 grams feta cheese (crumbled), for topping - drizzle of olive oil, 2 tablespoons gruyere cheese (grated) or emmental or fontina or havarti or jarlsberg or cheddar cheese.
Preparation:
1. In a bowl mix eggs and greek yogurt.
2. Add water and the olive oil and mix.
3. Add the salt and stir in the flour spoon at a time until a smooth runny batter forms.
4. Add the feta cheese and mix again.
5. For filling - mix green onion, parsley, dill, olive and feta and mix well.
6. Mix the batter and the filling.
7. Preheat the oven to 190 C.
8. Grease a 28 cm (11-inch) pan with olive oil. Add the batter and spread it evenly.
9. Sprinkle the grated cheese all over on top and drizzle with olive oil.
10. Bake for about 1 hour and 10 minutes, until it gets golden on top.
