Sastojci: 1 L vode, 10 g soli.
Priprema:
1. U serpu sipati vodu i zagrejati na srednju temperaturu (4) - da prokljuca.
2. Dodati so i pustiti da kuva 5 minuta.
3. Skloniti sa sporeta i ostaviti da se potpuno ohladi - na sobnoj temperaturi.
4. Preliti prekò belog sira da ga potpuno prekrije.
Produzava rok belom siru za 10 dana.
