Caj za opustanje (Tea for relaxation)

Sastojci: 1 kasicica nane, 1 kasicica kamilice, 1 kasicica hibiskusa (cvet), 1 kasicica bosiljka, ½ kasicice lavande (cvet), ¼ kasicice mlevenog karanfilica, 1 kasicica limunove kore (rendane) po jednoj solji.

Priprema:

1. Pomesati sve biljke.

2. Jednu kasiku cajne mesavine preliti sa 250 ml vruce vode.


3. Ostaviti da stoji 5 do 7 minuta.

4. Procediti.

5. Sipati u solju i dodati koru limuna. Promesati. 

6. Poklopiti i ostaviti da stoji 2 minuta.

7. Procediti.

Ingredients: 1 teaspoon of mint, 1 teaspoon of chamomile, 1 teaspoon of hibiscus (flower), 1 teaspoon of basil, ½ teaspoon of lavender (flower), ¼ teaspoon of ground cloves, 1 teaspoon of lemon peel (grated) for one cup.


Preparation:

1. Mix all the herbs.

2. Put one tablespoon of tea mixture in a cup and pour in 250 ml of hot water.

3. Cover. Let it stand for 5 to 7 minutes.

4. Strain.

5. Pour in a cup and add lemon peel. Stir. 

6. Cover and let it stand for 2 minutes.

7. Strain.
