Ako pržite u tiganju
Dodajte 1 kašičicu sušenog italijanskog začina ili provansalskog bilja i prstohvat crvene paprike u ljuspicama i prstohvat kajenske paprike (u prahu).
Ako se peče u rerni
U prethodnu mešavinu dodajte maslinovo ulje za premazivanje kobasica pre pečenja.
If the recipe calls for spicy italian sausage and you have the regular one add a few spices and there you go.
If you are frying in a pan
Add 1 teaspoon dried Italian seasoning or herbs de Provence and a pinch of red pepper flakes and pinch of cayenne pepper (powder).
If you are baking in the oven
To the previous mix add olive oil to coat sausages before baking.
