Oblanda sa krem sirom sa zacinima (Cream cheese wafer with spices)

Sastojci: 1 pakovanje oblandi (210 g), 800 g krem sira, 6 kasika parmezan sira (rendanog, svezeg) ili 2 kasike parmezana iz kesice, ⅓ kasicice suvog origana, ⅓ kasicice suvog bosiljka, ⅓ kasicice suvog majorana, ⅓ kasicice belog luka u prahu, ⅓ kasicice suvog ruzmarina, ⅓ kasicice suvog persuna, ⅓ kasicice suvog timijana, ⅓ kasicice suve zalfije, 200 g majoneza lajt, 200 g kisele pavlake, 80 g spanaća (svezeg), 150 g ajvara, 150 g šunke (isecena na kockice).

Priprema:

1. Spanać sameljite u secku.

2. U ciniju stavite krem sir, parmezan sir i sve zacine. Dobro promesajte.


3. Dodati majonez i kiselu pavlaku. Dobro sjediniti.

4. Podelite smesu na 4 dela.

5. Prvi deo ostavite takav i stavite u frizider.

6. U drugi deo stavite spanac i promesati.

7. U treci deo stavite ajvar i promesati.

8. U cetvrti deo stavite sunku i promesati.

9. Na tacnu stavite jedan list oblande. Premazati filom sa ajvarom.

10. Stavite drugi list oblande i premazati filom sa sunkom.

11. Staviti treci list oblande i premazati filom sa spanacem.

12. Staviti cetvrti list oblande.

13. Preko staviti plasticnu tacnu ili papir za pecenje i odozgo stavite nekoliko teskih knjiga.

14. Ostavite 1 h u frizider a moze i preko noci.

Sto duze stoji bice meksa.

15. Premazati belim filom.


Ingredients: 1 package of wafers (210 g), 800 g of cream cheese, 6 tablespoons of parmesan cheese (grated, fresh) or 2 tablespoons of parmesan from a bag, ⅓ teaspoon of dry oregano, ⅓ teaspoon of dry basil, ⅓ teaspoon of dry marjoram, ⅓ teaspoon of garlic powder, ⅓ teaspoon of dry rosemary, ⅓ teaspoon of dried parsley, ⅓ teaspoon dry thyme, ⅓ teaspoon of dry sage, 200 g light mayonnaise, 200 g sour cream, 80 g spinach (fresh), 150 g ajvar, 150 g ham (cut into cubes).


Preparation:

1. Chop the spinach in a chopper.

2. Put the cream cheese, parmesan cheese and all the spices in a bowl. Mix well.

3. Add mayonnaise and sour cream. Combine well.

4. Divide the mixture into 4 parts.

5. Leave the first part as it is and put it in the refrigerator.

6. In the second part, add spinach and mix.

7. In the third part, put ajvar and mix.

8. In the fourth part, add the onion and mix.

9. Place one wafer sheet on the tray. Spread the filling with ajvar.

10. Put the second sheet of wafer and spread it with ham filling.

11. Place the third sheet of wafer and cover with spinach filling.

12. Put the fourth sheet of wafer.

13. Place a plastic tray or baking paper over it and place several heavy books on top.

14. Leave it in the refrigerator for 1 hour or overnight.

The longer it stands, the softer it will be.

15. Cover with white filling.
