Med od ruzinih latica (Rose petals honey)

0. Ruzinim laticama trebate iseci beli deo koji je do centra ruze.

Gorak je pa ce i med biti gorak.

Vece latice ruza iseci nozem na manje komade. Manje ne morate seci.

Na tamnom i hladnom mestu (mesto koje nije na suncu, ne u frizideru), 6 do 8 nedelja

Sastojci: latice ruza, med.

1. Sakupite cvetove ruza - latice ruza. 

2. Odvojite latice i potopite ih u veću posudu s mlakom vodom da biste otklonili nečistoće i insekte.

3. Stavite na kuhinjsku krpu ili peskir i ostavite da se prosuše na suncu pola sata. Ili ih ostavite na sobnoj temperaturi 30 minuta, a zatim obrisite pazljivo cistom kuhinjskom krpom ili cistim peskirom.

4. Dobro operite i sterilisite staklenu teglu.

5. Redjati, red latica, red meda, pa tako do vrha. Zavrsite sa medom.

6. Sve dobro promešati da biste uklonili mehuriće vazduha.

7. Dobro zatvorite poklopcem. 

8. Teglu ostaviti na tamnom i hladnom mestu* na 6 do 8 nedelja. 

(*mesto koje nije na suncu, ne u frizideru).

9. Možete ukloniti ruzine latice iz meda, ali i ne morate, jer se med može upotrebljavati i na taj način. 

10. Ako zelite da ipak uklonite latice ruze, teglu zagrejati na blagoj temperaturi (2) dok ne postane tecan. U jednu plasticnu ili staklenu posudu (ne metalnu) staviti plasticnu cediljku i procediti. Drvenom ili plasticnom kasikom (ne metalnom) pritiskati latice ruze da se iscedi sto vise meda.


Na suncu 7 dana


Sastojci: med, latice ruza.


Priprema:

1. Pratite korake od 0. do 7. iz prethodnog recepta.

2. Ostaviti teglu na suncu i povremeno okretati teglu na poklopac pa na dno.

Ne sme biti na jakom suncu da se latice ruze ne sprze to jest potamne previse.

3. Pratite korak 10. iz prvog recepta.


Gnjecenjem latica u avanu tuckom, 8 nedelja


Sastojci: ruzine latice (cvetovi), med.


Potrebno: avan i tucak.


Priprema:

1. Pratite korake od 0. do 4 iz prvog recepta.

2. U avan staviti nekoliko cvetova ruze i tuckom gnjeciti.

3. Dodati malo meda i opet gnjeciti dok latice ne potamne tj. promene boju.

4. Ponavljati korake 2. i 3. dok ne napunite teglu.

5. Dobro zatvoriti poklopac.

6. Ostaviti da stoji 8 nedelja, na tamnom i hladnom mestu.

Ne na suncu, ne u frizideru.

7. Koristite med da laticama ruze.


Rose petals honey


With the rose petals, you should cut the white part that is up to the center of the rose.

It is bitter, so the honey will be bitter too.

Cut the larger rose petals into smaller pieces with a knife. You don't have to cut smaller petals.


In a dark and cold place (a place not in the sun, not in the refrigerator), for 6 to 8 weeks


Ingredients: rose petals, honey.


1. Collect rose flowers - rose petals.

2. Separate the petals and soak them in a large bowl of lukewarm water to remove dirt and insects.

3. Place on a kitchen cloth or towel and let them dry in the sun for half an hour. Or leave them at room temperature for 30 minutes, then wipe carefully with a clean kitchen cloth towel.

4. Wash and sterilize the glass jar well.

5. Arrange, a row of petals, a row of honey, and so on to the top. Finish with honey.

6. Mix everything well to remove air bubbles.

7. Close well with the lid.

8. Leave the jar in a dark and cold place* for 6 to 8 weeks.

(*a place not in the sun, not in the refrigerator),

9. You can remove the rose petals from the honey, but you don't have to, because honey can be used that way too.

10. If you still want to remove the rose petals, heat the jar at a gentle temperature (2) until it becomes liquid. Place a plastic strainer in a plastic or glass container (not metal) and strain. Press the rose petals with a wooden or plastic spoon (not metal) to squeeze out as much honey as possible.


In the sun for 7 days


Ingredients: honey, rose petals.


Preparation:

1. Follow steps 0 to 7 from the previous recipe.

2. Leave the jar in the sun and occasionally turn the jar on the lid and then on the bottom.

It must not be in strong sunlight so that the rose petals do not burn, that is, they darken too much.

3. Follow step 10. from the first recipe.


By crushing the petals in a mortar with a pestle, 8 weeks


Ingredients: rose petals (flowers), honey.


Required: mortar and pestle.


Preparation:

1. Follow steps 0. to 4. from the first recipe.

2. Put a few rose flowers in the mortar and crush them with a pestle.

3. Add a little honey and crush again until the petals darken, i.e. change color.

4. Repeat steps 2. and 3. until you fill the jar.

5. Close the lid well.

6. Let it stand for 8 weeks, in dark and cold place.

Not in the sun, not in the fridge.

7. Use honey with rose petals.
