Kremasti napitak sa lešnikom i čokoladom u „Ferero“ stilu.
Sastojci (za 1 porciju): 250 ml lešnik mleko (ili ovseno mleko), 1 kašika kakaa (≈5 g, nezaslađenog), 1 kašika paste od lešnika (≈15 g), 20 g tamne čokolade (70% kakao), prstohvat soli, opciono - ½ kašičice ekstrakta vanile ili 1 kašičica agave ili meda, za posipanje - Malo rendane čokolade ili mlevenih lešnika.
Priprema:
1. Sitno iseckaj tamnu čokoladu i stavi je u malu šerpu ili dzezvu.
2. Dodaj lešnik mleko u šerpicu sa čokoladom i zagrevaj na srednjoj temperaturi (4) stalno mešajući da se čokolada potpuno otopi i napitak postane kremast.
3. Dodaj kakao i pastu od lešnika. Mešaj dok smesa ne postane homogena.
4. Dodaj so i po želji ekstrakt vanile ili agavu (med). Mešaj još minut-dva.
5. Sipaj u šolju i odmah posluži.
6. Možeš posuti malo narendane tamne čokolade ili mlevenih lešnika.
Napomene:
- Napitak je vegan i bez laktoze ako koristiš biljni mleko.
- Ako želiš gušću i kremastiju teksturu, možeš dodati 1 kašičicu kokosovog ulja ili 1 kašiku punomasnog biljnog mleka.
- Za manje sladak napitak, preskoči dodatni zaslađivač; čokolada i lešnik pasta daju dovoljno prirodne slatkoće.

Creamy drink with hazelnut and chocolate in "Ferero" style.
Ingredients (for 1 serving): 250 ml hazelnut drink - milk (or oat milk), 1 tablespoon of cocoa (≈5 g, unsweetened), 1 tablespoon of hazelnut paste (≈15 g), 20 g of dark chocolate (70% cocoa), a pinch of salt, optional - ½ teaspoon of vanilla extract or 1 teaspoon of agave or honey, for sprinkling - a little grated chocolate or ground hazelnuts.
Preparation:
1. Finely chop the dark chocolate and put it in a small saucepan or jug.
2. Add the hazelnut milk to the saucepan with the chocolate and heat it at medium temperature (4), stirring constantly until the chocolate melts completely and the drink becomes creamy.
3. Add cocoa and hazelnut paste. Mix until the mixture becomes homogeneous.
4. Add salt and, if desired, vanilla extract or agave (honey). Stir for another minute or two.
5. Pour into a cup and serve immediately.
6. You can sprinkle some grated dark chocolate or ground hazelnuts.
Notes:
- The drink is vegan and lactose-free if you use plant-based milk.
- If you want a thicker and creamier texture, you can add 1 teaspoon of coconut oil or 1 tablespoon of whole milk.
- For a less sweet drink, skip the additional sweetener; chocolate and hazelnut paste provide enough natural sweetness.
