Sok od koprive (Nettle juice)

NAPOMENA: Ukoliko koristite sredstva za razređivanje krvi, lekove za snižavanje krvnog pritiska ili lekove za dijabetes, pre konzumacije bilo kakavog napitka sa koprivom, konsultovati se sa lekarom. Jos o merama opreza imate u clanku Kopriva za anemiju i kosu.

Sastojci: 30 komada vrhova mlade koprive, ⅛ kašičice konzervansa, 25 g limunske kiseline - limuntusa, 3 L vode, 3 sveža limuna, 3 kg šećera.

Priprema:

1. Listove operite i stavite na cistu kuhinjsku krpu da se ocedi višak vode. Isecite krajeve limuna i bacite. Isecite limun na kriške od 1 cm.

2. U činiju stavite listove koprive i limun. Prelijte vodom, prekrijte krpom i ostavite da odstoji 24 sata.

3. Procedite tečnost kroz cediljku u koju ste stavili gazu u drugu posudu.

4. U ovu tečnost dodajte šećer, konzervans i limunsku kiselinu. Sve dobro izmešajte dok se šećer ne rastvori.

5. Sterilišite flase u rerni

6. Sok sipajte u staklene flaše i dobro zatvorite poklopcem.

Ingredients: 30 pieces of young nettle tops, ⅛ teaspoon of preservative, 25 g of citric acid, 3 L of water, 3 fresh lemons, 3 kg of granulated sugar.

Preparation:

1. Wash the leaves and place them on a clean kitchen towel to drain the excess water. Cut the ends of lemons and discard. Cut the lemons into 1 cm slices.

2. Place nettle leaves and lemon in a bowl. Pour with water, cover with a cloth and leave to stand for 24 hours.

3. Strain the liquid through the strainer in which you put the cheesecloth into another pot.

4. Add sugar, preservative and citric acid to this liquid. Mix everything well until the sugar dissolves.

5. Sterilize the bottles in the oven.

6. Pour the juice into glass bottles and tightly close the lids.
