Sastojci: 1 glavica karfiola, 1-2 jaja, 1 kasika masti, 1 kasika prezli, za sos - 300g mlevenog mesa, 1 glavica crnog luka, 200ml soka od paradajza, 1 kasika brasna, 1 kasika persunovog lista, so po ukusu.
Priprema:
1) Karfiol skuvati, ocediti (vodu ostaviti sa strane) i sitno iseckati.
2) Belance odvojiti od zumanceta. Umutiti belance. Umutiti zumance sa mascu. Posoliti, dodati prezle i belanca. Dodati karfiol i praviti cufte i prziti u ulju. Staviti na papir da upije visak ulja.

Ingredients: 1 cauliflower, 1-2 eggs, 1 tablespoon of lard, 1 tablespoon bread crumbs, fro sauce - 300g minced beef, 1 onion, 200ml tomato juice, 1 tablespoon of flour, 1 teaspoon parsley leaf, salt to taste.
Preparation:
1) Cook cauliflower, drain well (water set aside) and finely chop.
2) Separate the egg whites from the egg yolks. Whisk the egg white. Whisk egg yolk with lard. Season with salt, add the bread crumbs and egg whites. Add cauliflower and make balls and fry in oil. Put on paper to absorb excess oil.
3) Fry onion in oil, add flour and stir. Add meat and fry a little. Pour water and cook on low heat. Towards the end, add the tomato juice. Put cauliflower balls and parsley and cook for few minutes.
