Kako skuvati tursku kafu? (How to brew Turkish coffee?)

Sastojci: za jednu kafu - 120 ml vode, 10 g kafe u prahu - mlevene kafe.

Kako skuvati gorku kafu 1?

Priprema:

1. U dzezvu staviti vodu i pustiti da proključa.

2. Cim prokljuca, skloniti sa sporeta i dodati kafu. Promesati da se kafa sjedini sa vodom, da nema grumuljica.

3. Vratiti dzezvu na ringlu i pustiti da se digne do vrha dzezve.

4. Sipati u solju, malo, recimo ⅓ dzezve.

5. Vratiti dzezvu na sporet i pustiti jos jednom da se podigne do vrha dzezve.

6. Sipati u solju sve.

7. Sipati malo hladne vode da se presece, ali ne previse da se kafa ne rashladi skroz.

8. Sacekati minut da se soc slegne.

Sto se tice pene, mozete je pre sipanja u dzezvu sipati kasicicom u solju. Mada ovo vazi samo kada kuvate vise od jedne kafe, da bi podjednako u obe soljice bila pena.

Kako skuvati slatku kafu?

1. Sipati vodu u dzezvu i dodati secer i pustiti da proključa.

2. Pratiti korake od 2 do 8 iz prethodnog recepta.

Kako skuvati gorku kafu nacin 2

1. U dzezvu staviti vodu i pustiti da proključa.

2. Cim prokljuca, skloniti sa sporeta. Sipati ⅓ vode u soljicu.

3. Dodati kafu. Promesati da se kafa sjedini sa vodom, da nema grumuljica.

3. Vratiti dzezvu na ringlu i pustiti da se digne do pola dzezve.

4. Sipati onu ⅓ kljucale vode u dzezvu i pustiti da se digne do vrha dzezve.

5. Sipati u solju sve.

6. Sacekati minut da se soc slegne.

Slatku kafu na ovaj nacin kuvajte isto samo sto u prvom koraku dodajte secer sa vodom.

Kako skuvati gorku kafu nacin 3

1. Savite kafu u džezvu, sipate vodu i promešate da se kafa sjedini sa vodom i bude bez grumuljica.

2. Uključiti sporet na srednju temperaturu (4) i cekati da SE podigne do vrha dzezve.

Kafa je bolja ako se na površini kafe stvore mehurići.

Na isti nacin kuvati i slatku kafu samo sto secer stavljate u prvom koraku kad i kafu.

Napomena: 

Ja kuvam kafu na nacin broj 1. Kod kuce tj. moja mama je kuvala na nacin broj 2, a moja drugarica na nacin broj 3.

Preparation:

6. Pour everything in a cup.

7. Pour a little cold water to cut it, but not too much so that the coffee does not cool completely.

8. Wait a minute for the coffee grounds to settle on the bottom of a cup.

As for the foam, you can put it in a cup, with a teaspoon, before pouring the rest of the coffee. Although this only applies when you brew more than one coffee, so that there is equal foam in both cups.

How to brew sweet coffee?

1. Pour water into the cezve and add sugar and let it boil.

2. Follow steps 2 to 8 from the previous recipe.

How to brew bitter coffee, no sugar method 2

1. Put water in the cezve and let it boil.

2. As soon as it boils, remove from heat. Pour ⅓ of the water into a cup.

3. Add coffee. Stir to combine the coffee with the water, so that there are no lumps.

3. Put the cezve back on the stove and let it rise to half the pot.

4. Pour the ⅓ of boiling water into the cezve and let it rise to the top of the cezve.

5. Pour everything in a cup.

6. Wait a minute for the coffee grounds to settle on the bottom of cezve.

Brew sweet coffee in the same way, except that in the first step you add sugar and water.

How to brew bitter coffee, no sugar method 3

1. Put the coffee in a cezve, pour water and stir until the coffee is combined with the water and there are no lumps.

2. Turn on the stove to medium temperature (4) and wait for it to rise to the top of the cezve.

Coffee is better if bubbles form on the surface of the coffee.

You can also brew sweet coffee in the same way, only you add sugar in the first step when you add coffee.

Note:

I make coffee using method number 1. At home, that is, my mom cooked like in method number 2, and my friend is using method number 3.
