Sastojci: 180g secera, 20 g vanilin secera, 200ml vode, 125g margarina (sobne temperature, na kocke), 350g mlevenog keksa, ½ kasicice cimeta, prstohvat kardamona, za fil - 200g secera, 100ml vode, 125g margarina, 200g mleka u prahu, 150g kokosovog brasna, 100g bele cokolade, za posipanje - kokosovo brasno.
Priprema:
0. Pomesati keks, cimet i kardamon.
1. Secer, vanilin secer i vodu sipati u serpicu, kuvati do kljucanja, pa kuvati 5 minuta.
2. Dodati margarin i mesati dok se ne otopi.
3. Dodati mesavinu keksa i zacina i promesati.
4. U posudu oblozenu prijanjajucom folijom 25x20 cm sipati pripremijenu podlogu, dobro je utisnuti i staviti u frizider.
5. Za fil - secer i vodu sipati u serpu, kuvati do kljucanja, pa kuvati 5 minuta. Skloniti sa sporeta.
6. Dodati margarin i mesati da se dobije ujednacena smesa.
7. Dodati mleko u prahu i promesati.
8. Dodati kokosovo brasno i dobro promesati.
9. Na niskoj temperaturi (2) otopiti cokoladu.
10. Dodati belu cokoladu, sve promesati i izruciti preko pripremijene podloge.
11. Posuti sa kokosovim brasnom.
12. Staviti u frizider 3 sata.
Ingredients: 180g of sugar, 20g of vanilla sugar, 200ml of water, 125g of margarine (room temperature, cubed), 350g of ground biscuits, ½ teaspoon of cinnamon, a pinch of cardamom, for the filling - 200g of sugar, 100 ml of water, 125g of margarine, 200g of milk powder, 150g of coconut flour, 100g of white chocolate, for sprinkling - coconut flour.
Preparation:
0. Mix biscuits, cinnamon and cardamom.
1. Pour sugar, vanilla sugar and water into a saucepan, cook until boiling, then cook for 5 minutes.
2. Add margarine and stir until it melts.
3. Add the mixture of biscuits and spices and stir.
4. Pour the prepared base into a 25 x 20 cm pan lined with cling film, press it well and put it in the refrigerator.
5. For the filling - pour sugar and water into a saucepan, cook until boiling, then cook for 5 minutes. Remove from the stove.
6. Add margarine and stir to obtain a uniform mixture.
7. Add powdered milk and stir.
8. Add coconut flour and mix well.
9. Melt the chocolate at a low temperature (2).
10. Add white chocolate, mix everything and spread over the prepared base.
11. Sprinkle it with coconut flour.
12. Put in the refrigerator for 3 hours.
