Sastojci: 200 ml nezaslađenog bademovog mleka, 1 urma (bez koštice), štapić cimeta dužine 3 cm, ½ kašičice ekstrakta vanile, 10 g kakao praha + još za posipanje, ili mleveni rogac, 1 kašičica rendane crne čokolade (najmanje 70% kakaoa).
Priprema:
1. Isecite urme na manje komade. Cimet prepolovite.
2. Stavite mleko, urme i cimet u šerpu i zagrejte do ključanja.
3. Ostavite da odstoji 15 minuta.
4. Izvadite komadiće cimeta iz mleka i sipajte toplo mleko u blender.
5. Dodajte vanilu i kakao prah ili mleveni rogac i blendirajte dok urme ne postanu što sitnije moguće.
6. Procedite vruću čokoladu kroz cediljku nazad u šerpicu.
7. Zagrejte i poslužite sa kakao prahom ili mlevenim rogacem i/ili rendanom crnom čokoladom.
Ingredients: 200 ml of unsweetened almond milk, 1 date (pitted), 3 cm cinnamon stick, ½ teaspoon vanilla extract, 10 g cocoa powder + more for dusting or carob powder, 1 teaspoon grated dark chocolate (at least 70% cocoa).
Preparation:
1. Cut dates in smaller pieces. Break up the cinnamon in half.
2. Put the milk, dates, and cinnamon into a saucepan and heat to boil.
3. Set aside to infuse for 15 minutes.
4. Remove the pieces of cinnamon from the milk and pour the warm milk into a blender.
5. Add the vanilla and cocoa powder or ground carob and blend until the dates are as fine as they can.
6. Strain the hot chocolate through a sieve back into the saucepan.
7. Heat through and serve with cocoa powder or carob powder and/or grated dark chocolate.
