Priprema:
1. Pomesati kukuruzno brašno ili palentu i so.
2. Dodatu vodu i messti dok ne dobijete mekano testo, dodajući vodu prema potrebi.
3. Testo podeliti na 16 delova i oblikovati kugle.
4. Pokriti cistom i vlažnom krpom.
5. Svaku kuglu istanjiti rukama tako da dobijete lepinju veličine 13 do 15 cm.
6. Tiganj bez ulja zagrejati na srednje jakoj vatri (5).
7. Svaku tortilju pečemo 1 minutu sa svake strane.
8. Pokriti vlažnom krpom dok ne budu sve gotove.
Ingredients: 260 g of corn flour or polenta, ¼ teaspoon of salt, 300 ml of warm water (or more as needed).
Preparation:
1. Mix corn flour or polenta and salt.
2. Add water and knead until you get a soft dough, adding water as needed.
3. Divide the dough into 16 parts and form balls.
4. Cover with a clean and damp cloth.
5. Thin out each ball with your hands so that you get a 13 to 15 cm flat dough.
6. Heat a frying pan without oil on medium heat (5).
7. Bake each tortilla for 1 minute on each side.
8. Cover with a damp cloth until they are all done.
