Sastojci: 1 tikvica, 2 jaja, 3 kasike mlevenog lana, 2 kasike kukuruznog brasna i griza, 5 g praška za pecivo.
Priprema:
1. Tikvicu oljustite. Izrendati. Posoliti i ostaviti 20 minuta. Rukama ocediti.
2. Pomesati kukuruzno brasno ili griz, prasak za pecivo i lan.
3. Pomesati tikvice i mesavinu brasna.
4. U pleh oblozen papirom za pecenje staviti smesu u obliku kruga i poravnati kasikom.
5. Peci u prethodno zagrejanoj rerni na 220 C oko 15 do 20 minuta.
6. Dodati sastojke po zelji.
7. Peci jos nekoliko minuta, dok se kackavalj ne otopi.
Ingredients: 1 zucchini, 2 eggs, 3 tablespoons of ground flax seeds, 2 tablespoons of corn flour or semolina, 5 g of baking powder.
Preparation:
1. Peel the zucchini and shred. Season with salt and leave for 20 minutes. Squeeze with your hands.
2. Mix corn flour or semolina, baking powder and flax.
3. Mix the zucchini and the flour mixture.
4. Put the mixture in the shape of a circle in a tray lined with baking paper and level it with a spoon or spatula.
5. Bake in a preheated oven at 220 C for about 15 to 20 minutes.
6. Add ingredients as desired.
7. Bake for a few more minutes, until the cheese melts.
