Sos od putera od kikirikija za povrce, meso ili za umakanje (Peanut sauce for veggies, meat or dipping)

Sastojci: 125 g putera od kikirikija, 3 kašike vode, 1 kašičica čili sosa, sok od ½ limuna ili limete, 1 kašika soja sosa ili zamene za soja sos, 2 čena belog luka (oljuštena, mlevena), ½ kašike đumbira (svežeg, iseckanog) ili prstohvat suvog u prahu.

Priprema:

1. Dodajte sve sastojke u posudu blendera i blendirajte na maloj brzini.

2. Povećajte na najveću brzinu i blendirajte 1 minut ili dok ne postane glatko.

Koristite za jela pržena u voku - stir fraj, činije sa rezancima ili pirinač, kao sos za umakanje prolećnih rolnica, ražnjića sataja ili tofua, marinirajte piletinu, govedinu ili škampe u ovom sosu pre pečenja na roštilju ili u rerni.

Ingredients: 125 g peanut butter, 3 tbsp water, 1 tsp chilli sauce, juice of ½  lemon or lime, 1 tbsp soy sauce or substitute for soy sauce, 2 garlic cloves (peeled, minced), ½ tbsp ginger (fresh, chopped) or pinch of dried powder.

Preparation:

1. Add all ingredients into the blender container and blend at low speed.

2. Increase to the highest speed and blend for 1 minute or until smooth.

Use for stir-fry dishes, noodle bowls, or rice, as a dipping sauce for spring rolls, satay skewers, or tofu, marinate chicken, beef, or shrimp in this sauce before grilling or baking in the oven.
