Sastojci: 1 kg belog duda, 500 gr šećera, 250 ml vode, ½ kasicice limontusa.
Priprema:
1. Dudinje oprati.
2. Propasirati dudinje.
3. U serpu sipati secer i vodu i na srednjoj temperaturi (4) kuvati povremeno mesajuci dok se secer ne otopi, 4 do 5 minuta.
4. Sok od duda spustiti u gusto skuvan sirup.
5. Dodati limontus i promesati.
6. Kuvati dok masa ne počne da se zgušnjava.
8. Vruć džem sipati u vruce tegle i ostaviti da se potpuno ohladi, ne poklopljeno, na sobnoj temperaturi.
9. Povezati kada se sasvim ohladi.
Ingredients: 1 kg of white mulberry, 500 g of sugar, 250 ml of water. ½ tsp citric acid.
Preparation:
1. Wash the mulberries.
2. Mash the mulberries.
3. Pour sugar and water into a saucepan and cook at medium temperature (4), stirring occasionally, until the sugar dissolves, 4 to 5 minutes.
4. Pour the mulberry juice into the thickly boiled syrup.
5. Add citric acid and stir.
6. Cook until the mass begins to thicken.
8. Pour hot jam into hot jars and leave to cool completely, uncovered, at room temperature.
9. Seal the jars when it is completely cool.
