Sastojci: 4 belanca, 100 g šećera, 30 ml vode, 80 g oraha, 50 g brašna, 10 g praška za pecivo.
Priprema:
0. Prosejati brasno.
Pomesati brasno i prasak za pecivo.
1. Penasto umutiti belanca sa šećerom.
2. Dodati vodu uz mućenje.
3. Dodati mesavinu brašna I orahe i promesati kasikom ili spatulom.
4. Pleh precnika 24 cm obloziti papirom za pecenje ili namazati kockom margarina I posuti sa Malo brasna. Sipati smesu.
5. Peći u prethodno zagrejanoj rerni na 200 C oko 15 do 20 minuta, zavisno od rerne.
Proveriti cackalicom da li je peceno. U sredinu zabosti cackalicu, ako izadje suva tj. bez testa peceno je, ako ima testa peci jos koji minut.

Preparation:
0. Sift the flour.
Mix flour and baking powder.
1. Whip egg whites with sugar until foamy.
2. Add water while whipping.
3. Add the mixture of flour and walnuts and stir with a spoon or spatula.
4. Line a 24 cm diameter baking pan with baking paper or grease with a cube of margarine and sprinkle with a little flour. Pour the mixture.
5. Bake in a preheated oven at 200 C for about 15 to 20 minutes, depending on the oven.
Check with a toothpick whether it is baked. Stick a toothpick in the middle, if it comes out dry - it is without dough then it is done, if there is dough then bake for few more minutes.
