Sastojci: 450 g žutog misoa, 85 ml šoju tare, 2 kašike šećera, 2 kašike mlevenog belog luka, 2 kašike mlevenog svežeg đumbira, prstohvat sveže mlevenog crnog bibera, prstohvat čili praha.
Priprema:
1. Stavite sve sastojke u srednju šerpu na srednje nisku vatru (3).
2. Neprestano mešajte oko 10 minuta, dok se sve ne sjedini.
3. Miso tare se može čuvati u hermetički zatvorenoj posudi u frižideru do 2 meseca.
Ingredients: 450 g yellow miso, 85 ml shoyu tare, 2 tablespoons sugar, 2 tablespoons minced garlic, 2 tablespoons minced fresh ginger, pinch of freshly ground black pepper, pinch of chili powder.
Preparation:
1. Put all the ingredients in a medium saucepan over medium low heat (3).
2. Stir constantly for about 10 minutes, until everything is incorporated.
3. The miso tare will keep in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 2 months.
