Sirup za iskasljavanje od secera i bezalkoholnog piva (Syrup to cough up from sugar and non-alcoholic beer)

Sastojci: 150 g smedjeg secera, 500 ml bezalkoholnog piva.

Priprema:

1. U dublju šerpu sipajte smeđi šećer. Zagrevajte na srednje niskoj temperaturi (3) i mešajte  dok se potpuno ne otopi i dobije karamel boju.

Ne sme da bude jaka vatra da šećer ne bi izgoreo. 

2. Polako sipati pivo. Kuvajte oko 20 minuta, sve dok smeša de poprimi gustinu sirupa (malo ređe od meda).

3. Sklonite šerpu sa šporeta. Poklopite i ostavite da se sirup ohladi.

4. Sirup sipati u staklenu teglu i čuvati u frižideru.

Upotreba: 3 puta na dan, malo pre jela.

Ingredients: 150 g of brown sugar, 500 ml of non alcoholic beer.

Preparation:

1. Pour brown sugar into a deep pot. Heat on medium-low (3) and stir until completely melted and caramelized.

The heat must not be strong so that the sugar does not burn.

2. Slowly pour the beer. Cook for about 20 minutes, until the mixture takes on the consistency of syrup (a little thinner than honey).

3. Remove the pot from the stove. Cover and let the syrup cool.

4. Pour the syrup into a glass jar and store in the refrigerator.

Usage: 3 times per day, a little before a meal.
