Hleb od speltinog, heljdinog i razanog brasna (Bread made of spelt, buckwheat and rye flour)

Sastojci: 500g integralnog speltinog brasna, 100g integralnog razanog brasna, 100g heljdinog brasna, 450-550ml kisele vode, 30g semenki bundeve, 40g semenki suncokreta, 10g praska za pecivo, 2g soli, 3 kasike ulja, 30-50g susama.

Priprema:

1) Pomesati integralno speltino i razano brasna, heljdino brasno, prasak za pecivo i so.

2) Dodati ulje i 450ml kisele vode i promesati da se sjedini.

3) Dodati semenke bundeve i suncokreta i jos jednom promesati. 

Napomena: ako je previse gusto dodati jos 100ml kisele vode.

4) Sipati u pleh oblozen papirom za pecenje ili namazati margarinom i posuti sa malo brasna. Premazati vodom i posuti susamom. Pokriti folijom.

5) Rernu zagrejati na 200C. Peci oko 30 minuta na 200C pa smanjiti na 180C i peci jos oko 45 minuta; 15 minuta pred kraj pecenja skinuti foliju.

6) Izvaditi iz rerne i zaviti i cistu krpu i ostaviti da se potpuno ohladi.

Ingredients: 500g integral spelt flour, 100g integral rye flour, 100g buckwheat flour, 450-550ml carbonated water, 30g pumpkin seeds, 40g sunflower seeds, 10g baking powder, 2g salt, 3 tablespoons oil, 30-50g sesame seeds.

Preparation:
1) Mix integral spellt and rye flour, buckwheat flour, baking powder and salt.
2) Add oil and 450ml of carbonated water and stir to combine.
3) Add pumpkin and sunflower seeds and stir once more.

Note: if it is too thick, add another 100ml of carbonated water.

4) Pour into a baking tray lined with baking paper or spread with margarine and sprinkle with a little flour. Coat with water and sprinkle with sesame seeds. Cover with foil.
5) Preheat the oven to 200C. Bake for about 30 minutes at 200C then reduce to 180C and bake for another 45 minutes; Remove the foil 15 minutes before the end of baking.
6) Remove from the oven and wrap a clean cloth and allow to cool completely.
