Mrvice testa sa zumancetom I lesnicima (Crumbs of dough with egg yolk and hazelnuts)

Sastojci: 70 g vrlo hladnog margarina, 70 g brašna, 60 g lesnika (prženih, mlevenih), 40 g smeđeg šećera, 1 žumanac, ⅓ kasicice cimeta.


Priprema:

1. Margarin iseci na kockice I staviti u zamrzivac da se dobro ohladi.

2. Pomesati lešnike sa smeđim šećerom, brašnom i cimetom. 

3. U sredinu stavite jaje i margarin. 

Brzo ga umesite.

4. Odmah stavite u frizider.

5. Mrvice posuti po pitama, kolacima i nastaviti sa pecenjem kao u vasem receptu.

6. Ako ne želite iskoristiti svo testo za mrvice, ostatak izmrviti na papiru za pečenje i posebno zapeći 5 minuta. Možete koristiti za posipanje krema, sladoleda, voca.


Ingredients: 70 g of very cold margarine, 70 g of flour, 60 g of hazelnuts (roasted, ground), 40 g of brown sugar, 1 egg yolk, ⅓ teaspoon of cinnamon.


Preparation:

1. Cut the margarine into cubes and put it in the freezer to cool down.

2. Mix hazelnuts with brown sugar, flour and cinnamon.

3. Put the egg and margarine in the middle.

Knead it quickly.

4. Immediately place in the refrigerator.

5. Sprinkle the crumbs on pies and cakes and continue baking as per your recipe.

6. If you don't want to use all the dough for crumbs, crumble the rest on baking paper and bake separately for 5 minutes. You can use it for sprinkling cream, ice cream, and fruit.
