Sastojci: 100 g pečuraka, 350 g krompira, 300 g zlatne mesavine povrca (100 g kukuruza, 100 g sargarepe, 100 g graska), 80 g prezli plus jos za paniranje, prstohvat soli, 1 kasicica bosiljka (suvog), za paniranje - brašno, 2 jaja, prezle, za przenje - ulje.
Priprema:
0. Pecurke ocistiti, krompir i sargarepu oljustiti. Pecurke i sargarepu iseci na kockice.
U 3 cinije staviti brasno, prezle i umucena jaja.
1. Na ulju, na visokoj temperaturi (6) proprziti pečurke, 7 do 10 minuta, stalno mesajuci. Prebaciti i ciniji i ostaviti da se hladi.
2. Krompir iseci na cetvrtine, preliti vodom i kuvati 20 minuta, na srednjoj temperaturi (4). Ostaviti da se ohladi. Procediti. Izrendati.
3. Grasak kuvati 20 do 25 minuta, na srednjoj temperature (4). Deset minuta pred kraj dodati sargarepu. Ostaviti da se ohladi.
4. Pomesati svo povrce.
5. Dodati so i bosiljak i prezle i promesati.
6. Oblikovati pljeskavice.
7. Svaku pljeskavicu uvaljati u brasno, pa u jaja, pa u prezle.
8. Na plasticnu tacnu staviti papir za pecenje i poredjati pljeskavice u jedan red. Staviti u frizider na 1 sat da se stegnu.
9. Na zagrejanom ulju, na srednjoj temperaturi (4) prziti pljeskavice sa obe strane.
10. Redjati na papirne ubruse da upiju visak ulja.
Ingredients: 100 g of mushrooms, 350 g of potatoes, 300 g of golden mixed vegetables (100 g of corn, 100 g of carrots, 100 g of peas), 80 g of breadcrumbs plus more for breading, a pinch of salt, 1 teaspoon of basil (dry), for breading - flour, 2 eggs, breadcrumbs, for frying - oil.
Preparation:
0. Clean the mushrooms, peel the potatoes and carrots. Cut mushrooms and carrots into cubes.
Put flour, breadcrumbs and beaten eggs in 3 bowls.
1. Fry the mushrooms in oil at a high temperature (6) for 7 to 10 minutes, stirring constantly. Transfer to bowl and leave to cool.
2. Cut the potatoes into quarters, cover with water and cook for 20 minutes at a medium temperature (4). Leave to cool. Strain. Shred it.
3. Boil peas for 20 to 25 minutes, at a medium temperature (4). Ten minutes before the end, add carrots. Leave to cool.
4. Mix all the vegetables.
5. Add salt and basil and breadcrumbs and stir.
6. Form burgers - patties.
7. Roll each burger - patty in flour, then in eggs, then in breadcrumbs.
8. Put baking paper on a plastic tray and arrange the burgers in one row. Place in the refrigerator for 1 hour to set.
9. Fry burgers - patties on both sides in heated oil at medium temperature (4).
10. Place on paper towels to absorb excess oil.
