Zacin za svinjsko meso (Pork meat seasoning)

Sastojci: 55 g smeđeg šećera, 1 kašika čilija u prahu, 1 kašika kumina (mlevenog), 1 kašika crnog luka u prahu, 2 kašičice belog luka u prahu, 2 kašičice sušenog timijana, 2 kašičice soli, 1 kašičica bibera.

Priprema:

1. Pomešajte sve sastojke u činiji. Mešajte dok se svi začini ne sjedine.

2. Čuvati u hermetički zatvorenoj posudi do 3 meseca.

3. Za upotrebu, pomešajte 3 kašike začina sa 1 kašikom maslinovog ulja. Utrljajte na oko 450 g svinjskog mesa. Ostavite začine da odstoje na svinjetini 4 sata ili do 24 sata ako se čuva u frižideru u plastičnoj kesi koja se može zatvoriti.

Ovaj začin je takođe ukusan kada pečete svinjetinu na roštilju ili u rerni.


Ingredients: 55 g brown sugar, 1 tbsp chili powder, 1 tbsp cumin (ground), 1 tbsp onion powder, 2 tsp garlic powder, 2 tsp dried thyme, 2 tsp salt, 1 tsp pepper.

Preparation:

1. Combine all the ingredients together in a bowl. Stir until all the spices are incorporated.

2. Store in an air-tight container for up to 3 months.

3. To use, combine 3 tablespoons of seasoning with 1 tablespoon of olive oil. Rub on about 450 g of tenderloin. Allow the seasonings to sit on the pork for 4 hours or up to 24 hours if stored in the fridge in a sealable plastic bag. 

This seasoning is also delicious when grilling or baking pork.
