Sastojci: 525 g mekog brašna T400, 12 parceta sunke ili neki drugi delikates po izboru, 12 parceta mocarele ili gaude ili trapista, 14 g suvog kvasca, 1 kašičica šećera, 300 ml toplog mleka, 3 kašike ulja, za premazivanje - 60 ml mleka, 55 g putera ili margarina.
Priprema:
1. U solju stavite suvi kvasac, šećer, kašiku brašna i toplo mleko. Ostavite 10 minuta da nadodje.
2. Dodajte ulje, so i brašno pa zamesite testo.
3. Odmah podelite na 8 delova. Oblikovati loptice i svaku posebno razvucite u manji krug.
4. Na krug stavite sunku i mocarelu. Preklopite jednim praznim krugom. Ivice pritisnite prstima.
5. Pleh obloziti papirom za pecenje ili namazite margarinom (kockicom) ili uljem i pospite brasnom.
6. Poredjati pogacice. Premazati mlekom. Odozgo staviti kockicu margarina ili putera.
7. Peci u prethodno zagrejanoj rerni na 200 C oko 20 minuta.
Ingredients: 525 g of soft and smooth flour T400, 12 pieces of ham or another deli meat, 12 pieces of mozzarella or gouda or trappist, 14 g of dry yeast, 1 teaspoon of sugar, 300 ml of warm milk, 3 tablespoons of oil, for coating - 60 ml of milk, 55 g of butter or margarine.
Preparation:
1. Put dry yeast, sugar, a spoonful of flour and warm milk in the cup. Leave it to rise for 10 minutes.
2. Add oil, salt and flour to the yeast mixture and knead the dough.
3. Immediately divide into 8 parts. Shape the balls and roll each separately into a smaller circle.
4. Place the ham and mozzarella on the circle. Fold over with one empty circle. Press the edges with your fingers.
5. Cover the tray with baking paper or spread with margarine (cube) or oil and sprinkle with flour.
6. Arrange the scones. Coat with milk. Put a cube of margarine or butter on top.
7. Bake in a preheated oven at 200 C for about 20 minutes.
