Sastojci: 200 ml pileceg temeljca sa povrcem, 500g šargarepe, ½ praziluka, kockica gi putera, beli biber po ukusu, ⅓ kašičice kurkume, prstohvat ljute aleve paprike u prahu, so po ukusu.
Priprema:
0. Oljustiti povrce i iseci na komade.
1. Šargarepu i praziluk prodinstati na puteru.
2. Dodati so, beli biber, kurkumu, ljutu alevu papriku. Postepeno dodavati pileci temeljac i kuvati 15 minuta.
3. Sve usitniti štapnim mikserom ili u blenderu.
5. Potaž od povrća posluzite uz seckanu piletinu iz temeljca.
