Sastojci: 350 g belog mesa (3 filea), 1 manja glavica crnog luka, 2 kašike domaćeg senfa, ½ kasicice vlašca, ½ kasicice belog luka u prahu, ⅓ kašičice bibera, prstohvat ljute aleve paprike (opciono), prstohvat morske soli, 3 kašike maslinovog ulja, 100 ml mlake vode u kojoj se kuvalo meso.
Priprema:
1. Crni luk oljustiti I sitno iseckati. Belo meso iseci na kocke.
2. U serpu staviti malo vode, Dodati luk i so i dinstati mesajuci, na srednjoj temperaturi (4), 20 minuta. Ostaviti da se ohladi.
3. Belo meso staviti u serpu, naliti vodom I kuvati 30 minuta. Procediti. Sacuvati 100 ml vode.
4. U blender staviti belo meso, vodu, ulje, zacine, bez senfa i crni luk.
5. Fino samleti.
6. Sipati u ciniju, dodati senf I promesati.
7. Cuvati u frizideru do 4 dana.
Ingredients: 350 g of chicken meat (3 fillets), 1 small onion, 2 tablespoons of homemade mustard, ½ teaspoon of chives, ½ teaspoon garlic powder, ⅓ teaspoon of pepper, a pinch of hot allspice (optional), a pinch of sea salt, 3 tablespoons of olive oil, 100 ml of lukewarm water in which the meat was cooked.
Preparation:
1. Peel and finely chop the onion. Cut the white meat into cubes.
2. Put a little water in a saucepan, add onion and salt and saute, on medium heat (4) for 20 minutes stirring. Leave to cool.
3. Put the chicken meat in a bowl, cover with water and cook for 30 minutes. Strain. Save 100 ml of water.
4. Put chicken meat, water, oil, spices, no mustard and onion in a blender.
5. Finely grind.
6. Add to a bowl, add mustard and stir.
7. Store in the refrigerator for up to 4 days.
